Call Center Workspace Transformation: City Stars Project

The project required a complete transformation of a strategic Call Center branch within City Stars Head Office to create a modern, efficient, and fully operational BPO hub.

Since the project started from a shell condition, the objective focused on delivering a high-density, mission-critical workspace ready for immediate use. As a result, the team created a high-performance environment that fully supports 24/7 operations and seamless customer experience (CX) delivery.

The Challenge

This project required executing a full renovation from scratch within a strict timeline.
In particular, the Call Center needed to:

- Transform an empty space into a fully functional office

- Deliver a complete fit-out solution on schedule

- Integrate all engineering systems, including electrical and mechanical infrastructure

- Create a workspace that improves productivity and efficiency

Therefore, the main goal was to deliver a ready-to-use office without delays or operational issues.

Scope of Work

EliteTFM delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution, covering every phase of the project lifecycle.

A. Design & Space Planning

To begin with, the team developed a full layout design that aligned with operational requirements.
At the same time, they optimized space utilization to support team workflows.
Additionally, they carefully selected materials and finishes to match both functional and aesthetic goals.

B. Architectural & Finishing Works

After completing the design phase, the team carried out all interior finishing works.
They executed flooring, ceilings, partitions, and wall treatments with high precision.
Moreover, they maintained strong quality standards to reflect a professional corporate environment.

C. Electrical Systems

Next, the team installed a complete electrical infrastructure.
They also implemented lighting systems and power distribution to improve efficiency.
Meanwhile, they ensured strong data and connectivity support for smooth operations.

D. Mechanical Systems

In parallel, the team installed advanced HVAC systems to maintain optimal indoor conditions.
Furthermore, they added ventilation systems to improve comfort and air quality.

E. Furniture & Fit-Out

Then, the team supplied and installed all required office furniture.
They designed workstations, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces to enhance team productivity.

F. Final Setup & Readiness

At the final stage, the site was fully prepared for operational use.
All systems were tested and commissioned to ensure performance and reliability.
A complete handover was then delivered, ready for immediate occupancy.
