Damietta Fit-Out

Tamweely, a pioneer in non-banking financial services and microfinancing, has expanded its national footprint with a new branch in Damietta. To bring this vision to life, Tamweely partnered with EliteTFM to manage the complete construction and fit-out of the facility through a comprehensive, end-to-end approach.

Challenge

The project required transforming a raw space into a fully functional, high-traffic financial branch. This involved coordinating a vast scope of technical and architectural works under a tight timeline, including:

• Structural Essentials: Masonry, expert plastering, and foundational civil works.

• Integrated Infrastructure: Full-scale electrical wiring, plumbing, and high-efficiency HVAC systems.

• Modern Architectural Finishes: Installation of premium doors and sleek glass partitioning to create a balance of privacy and transparency.
